A very well preserved cellar with cold store under the sloping garden of the former seigneurial brewery from 1771. It is about 50 metres long, 3-4 metres wide and 3-4 metres high, the cold store, which was used to store ice throughout the year, is hewn out in the rock, the cellar is ventilated by means of vents fitted with small sandstone stacks, of which the last served as ice hopper.
